At Saint Mare, every piece is designed to be worn, loved, and lived in. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@saintmareswim.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Final Sale
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at info@saintmareswim.com.
European Union
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.
